Tom Dorsey discussed the strength of Emerging Markets and named a few country ETFs that have hti an all new time high.  One way to get exposure to this area of the market is by investing in the PowerShares DWA Emerging Markets Technical Leaders ETF (PIE).  The image below shows different countries that PIE currently invests in.
