Late last week Van Eck Global submitted updated paperwork the SEC for two high-yield corporate bond ETFs. This is taken as a sign that Van Eck is close to launching the two ETFs that will provide investors exposure to developed and emerging countries. Click the name to view the updated filing.

• Market Vectors Emerging Markets High Yield Bond ETF [HYEM] has a total net expense ratio of 0.40 percent, and a 0.13 percent expense fee waiver through September 13, 2012.
• Market Vectors Fallen Angel Bond ETF [ANGL] has an expense ratio of 0.40 percent, including a 0.12 percent fee waiver through September 13, 2012.
