The iShares S&P GSTI(TM) Technology Index Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of U.S.-traded technology companies, as represented by the S&P GSTI(TM) Technology Index. The index has been developed as an equity benchmark for U.S-traded software-related stocks. The index includes companies that are producers of client/server, enterprise software, internet software, PC and entertainment software.
